River - Wide Toe Running Shoes

When these shoes are described as ‘wide’ they aren’t joking! Standing up and looking down at them they look too wide! The soles are super thick and stick out in the sides making them look a little strange if you ask me. They are comfortable though and fit good. They have the slip in feature making them easy to slide on and off. They have good arch support but I’m not crazy about the outside appearance.

Durability is questionable: I walked a couple miles and the sides at the top started rubbing into my skin causing blisters. Feels like metal rubbing my skin. Maybe not good for long periods of time.

I don’t think I can recommend these based on the wide look and the blisters after walking an extended period of time. Appearance.

I’m very fussy about my shoes or sneakers because my feet are slightly wider than the normal 7.5 medium size, and I have a very sensitive back. Some shoes are uncomfortable because they are too narrow for me. Furthermore, I change my shoes several times throughout the day, and I dislike having to tie and untie them all the time.

I’ve been wearing these sneakers all morning, and they’re the best pair I’ve had in a very long time. I give them a 10 for comfort. There’s plenty of padding throughout. I feel energized wearing them, with a bounce in my step. These shoes are perfect for walking. This might be an early judgment, but the quality and features tell me I'm right.

I can easily slip them on and off because of the pull tabs on the front tongue and back ankle. You can leave the laces tied and still get the shoes on and off easily. If you are someone who has trouble getting your shoes on and off by yourself, these are the perfect pair of shoes for you.

They even threw in an extra pair of laces. I was a little concerned about how these sneakers will look because they look extra wide when I look down at my feet. But when I think about it, everybody’s wearing big sneakers these days, and they look fine. And at my age, I have to prioritize comfort over appearance anyhow.

There are no negative points about these sneakers. I highly recommend these if you are looking for comfort and convenience, at a fantastic price of just 54.99 at the time of this review.

I was worried about sizing based on some reviews, but these fit perfectly in my usual size! They look even better in person than in the photos — the style is modern and sleek. 10 Wide is very much like an 8ish in Males. I found that out with those 'plastic clogs." My rule of thumb.

I took a chance and these are lightweight, and soft steppers. They fit as they should. Black is a great neutral color. I have no problem wearing these.

I actually think they feel very nice. Almost like a brand that is marketed as "air" type walking. They are sort of tall, but there is a good heal to toe rise ratio that I like.

All and all a solid shoe especially if you need something wide & comfortable!
In my case they fit true to size & I love wearing them have gotten compliments each time I do !

I love this brand! I’m not a huge shoe snob, but I will say these are definitely more comfortable than my expensive wide toe box, zero drop *ltras.
I really like the color and the height of these. I am usually between a 9.5-10 and the 9.5 was a perfect fit for me.
I will say these are not easy to slip on. I was hoping they would be like K*ziks that can slip on hands free, but you definitely need hands for this, and if you tighten the shoelaces any tighter than they come, you really do have to lace them everytime.
Overall I love them, and despite the difficulty with the “slip on” I would definitely order again! They are definitely worth the price.
