Cancel Order

  1. Cancellation is supported within 24 hours of placing your order.
  2. After placing an order, it takes us 1-2 days to process. If you initiate the cancellation before shipment and within the time frame specified by the website, the order can be canceled.

Return Policy

  1. Our processing time is within 24 hours. Orders may be canceled if the cancellation is initiated before shipment and within the specified time frame.
  2. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  3. Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
  4. We only accept returns shipped and sold by locfirshoes.com. No returns will be accepted without a proper return application. We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service. The return is at your own expense. The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
  5. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If due to our reasons (damaged or incorrect goods received), we will cover the return shipping fee.

After receiving return instructions from us, use the original packaging to pack the item(s).

Ship It Back

Hand in your package at the local post office and send it back to our return address.

Step 4

Refund Issued

Most returns are processed within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
