Fit Formula

Length: foot length + 1.0 cm ≤ last length ≤ foot length + 1.5 cm

Width: foot width + 0.3 cm ≤ last width ≤ foot width + 0.5 cm

Preparation: Place a sheet of white paper on the floor against a wall. Put on the socks you normally wear with this style of shoes.

Position: Stand with your heel firmly against the wall. Keep your body upright and natural posture.

Mark: Use a pen to mark at the tip of your longest toe, and at the widest part of your foot. Keep the pen perpendicular to the paper for accurate measurement.

Second Foot: Repeat the process with your other foot — most people have slightly different sizes between left and right feet.

Measure: Use a ruler to measure from the edge of the paper (at the wall) to your toe mark for length. Measure across the widest points for width. Use the larger measurement of your two feet.

Pro tip: If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Machine-Washable Shoes

Pre-Wash: Take out the laces and insoles before washing.
Placement: Place the shoes inside a delicate wash bag or a clean pillowcase.
Washing Cycle: Run a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
Drying: Shake off excess water and let them air dry. Skip the dryer.

Tip: The shoes will settle back into their original shape after a wear or two.

Non-Machine-Washable Shoes

For shoes that aren't machine washable, a gentle hand-clean goes a long way in protecting the materials and extending their lifespan:

Surface Cleaning: Brush off loose dirt with a soft-bristled brush.
Hand Washing: Mix warm water with a little mild detergent and scrub gently.
Wipe Down: Use a damp cloth to clear away any remaining soap.
Drying: Remove the insoles and air dry at room temperature. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Note: Canvas and faux leather can warp or crack if put through a washing machine.
